Wood and Lee, LLP is a modern and dynamic commercial, tax and intellectual property law firm focused on international transactions. What sets us apart is that our lawyers are all qualified to practice in more than one country. Wood and Lee, LLP has solved one of the major problems plaguing the modern practice of law. Ordinarily when you visit the branch office of a major law firm with your international matter, your law work is performed by separate lawyers working in separate offices. This usually means higher fees for clients and a greater risk of miscommunication between separate offices. At Wood and Lee, LLP, our lawyers are generally able to handle both sides of your international transaction. This means one lawyer who is qualified to handle both geographic sides of your transaction will be assigned to your case. The results are a higher quality product for the client with cost savings to the client. Wood and Lee, LLP focuses on the commercial law, intellectual property law, financial law, banking law, tax law and the protection of international investment. We currently have offices in London, Prague and Sydney.
